The family at First Lutheran Church and Preschool invites you to get to know us. We've served the neighboring community for over 75 years, offering friendship, a helping hand, prayer, and sharing the simple truth that God is here today with everything for life in ABUNDANCE!
First Lutheran's members are active serving the community, supporting our Preschool, and working together as friends and neighbors through our church family. Our Pastor is Andrew Jones. Pastor Andy and his wife, Stephanie, are new to the Bay Area, recently moving from the St. Louis as Pastor Andy accepted the Call to Shepherd our congregation.
Pastor Andy is supported by strong and faithful Congregational leadership, nearby sister congregations, and our District Office in Livermore.
Worship Services are each Sunday at 9:30 am, with Holy Communion. Please join us at Worship or at any of our activities so we can get to know each other better.
"I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit — fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other." – John 15:15-17
