The Board of Church Property Management (typically called "the Trustees") administer and supervise the proper maintenance of all church property, including buildings, grounds, and any equipment and contents.
The Board coordinates rental of church space (such as for weddings, meetings, worship by other Christian organizations), ensuring that proper practices are met to meet safety, health, legal, insurance, and "good neighbor" requirements. They are also called on to review and select janitorial, grounds, pest control, appliance and environmental control equipment maintenance, and such other contractors and vendors as may be needed to properly maintain our plant, property, and equipment.
