First Lutheran Church of Concord (LCMS) is a small, active church seeking an administrative assistant to serve part time between the hours of 9am and 1pm, Tue-Fri. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and detail oriented. In addition to receptionist duties, responsibilities will include (at various times) project management, office management, data entry, light bookkeeping, graphic design, and promotion of the church.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Fluent communicator; competent in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language.
- Intermediate computer skills (use of keyboard, mouse, and printers, and functions of Microsoft Windows 7), and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, and Outlook particularly).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
