Rental Costs & Policies
Rental costs vary considerably, but most one-day rentals cost between $750-1200. Long term rentals are offered at a lower price per day but depend on the tenant’s needs. Please contact our rentals coordinator, Mark Meyer at rentals@flcconcord.org for a quote for your event.
Policies to keep in mind:

Preliminary payment is due no later than one week prior to the event. After your event, you will receive an additional invoice for any additional custodial hours incurred for your event.

All facility requirements and set-up requests must be arranged with the office no later than two weeks prior to your event.

An insurance certificate identifying First Lutheran as an additional insured party on the date of the event is required one week in advance.

Some amenities require an additional fee
-
It is at First Lutheran Church & Preschool’s discretion to decline a rental if there is a conflict for any reason.

Alcohol is not permitted for rentals.
