A comprehensive Disability Awareness Workshop will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church in Pleasant Hill.  The workshop  runs from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, lunch provided. Several people active in the disability field, including some who have current disabilities, will share their message and also participate in a panel discussion.

The purpose of this workshop is to communicate information about some specific disabilities, what services are available in our area, what services are needed, what church ministries can do and are doing, and proper disability etiquette.

Hear from those who have years of experience. The workshop is free and is for all interested parties.

For more information and to RSVP for lunch planning, please contact Phillip Kohlmeyer at phillip333@gmail.com or his cell (925) 586-2575.
